Boot Camp

Strength & Conditioning Class

Boot camp is one of the hardest exercise classes you will ever take! This class is an extremely intense one hour program designed to increase strength and endurance, and help manage weight and body composition. Participants use a combination of bodyweight, kettelbells, free weights, cardiovascular machines, and more to help achieve results. The tempo and demands of the class changes weekly, as new exercises are added and training loads change. Come prepared!

This class is designed to introduce the participants to the most effective exercises for building strength, improving cardiovascular conditioning, and losing excess body fat. Beginners will have an opportunity to learn the fundamentals of training for optimal fitness results.

Strength Training Class

This class is designed for maximum strength gains. A variety of training apparatus is used, including barbells, dumbbells, kettelbells, medicine balls, and battling ropes. Participants use only the most effective exercises including squats, deadlifts, cleans, snatches, presses and pulls. Individualized routines are designed by an exercise physiologist for maximal results.
